Author, Advocate-at-Law & Alchemist

I explore the profound human narratives that exist at the intersection of power, justice, and truth, mapping the unseen connections between law and the human condition. My work moves between the courtroom and the page to examine the architecture of human systems - legal, political, and social - uncovering the hidden stories, unspoken philosophies, and personal struggles that shape our deepest conflicts, highest aspirations, and public debates. Driven by the enduring question of how we build a just world, my writing and legal practice are a continuous inquiry into the forces that shape our collective life, connecting the abstract principles of justice to the tangible human experience.

Beyond Headlines

A Case For Specialised Media Tribunal

Beyond Headlines is four-part series that interrogates the relationship between media, truth, and constitutional democracy in an age where the boundaries between information and manipulation have all but collapsed. At once historical, philosophical, and juridical, the book unfolds as both a genealogy of communication and a constitutional argument for institutional reform. It traces humanity’s long journey from the first gesture of meaning drawn on a cave wall to the synthetic architectures of digital disinformation, revealing how each new medium—be it speech, script, print, telegraph, broadcast, or algorithm—has simultaneously expanded expression and enabled control.

Through this sweeping narrative, the work contends that media has never been a neutral vessel of truth. Rather, it has always been a site of power, mediation, and contestation—its mutations reflecting the evolving mechanisms through which authority legitimizes itself.

In the contemporary world, where artificial intelligence, algorithmic curation, and virality determine what counts as knowledge, the very premise of a shared democratic reality stands endangered. The law, as it exists, continues to operate in a post-print paradigm—fragmented across statutes, councils, and jurisdictions that fail to address the velocity and volatility of digital communication. Beyond Headlines argues that this juridical inertia has created an epistemic vacuum, one that threatens not only media ethics but the constitutional promise of free and fair public discourse itself.

Against this backdrop, the book builds toward a constitutional proposition of historic significance: the establishment of a Specialised Media Tribunal under the Indian Constitution. This tribunal, it argues, would represent not a curtailment of press freedom, but its institutional preservation—a forum capable of addressing real-time disputes in the complex, data-driven information ecosystem of the 21st century.
